Dr. Marshal L. Thomas, Th.D., Ph.D., MBS, LL.D., D.D.G.

Dr. Marshal Leonard Thomas was born to the parentage of the late Bishop Sherman Thomas and Mother Mary C. Thomas. He is married to Sis. Patricia Ann Watkins. To this union is born one daughter, Marsha Denise Thomas-Turnes, and three grandchildren.

Dr. Thomas has pursued and completed several degrees from various schools.

Dun & Bradstreet (NYSE:DNB) recommended Dr. Thomas to the National Register’s Who’s Whoin Executives and Professionals to which he has been officially accepted for the 2004 publication in the field of Education.

Additionally, the International Biographical Centre of Cambridge , England has selected Dr. Thomas as one of the Leading Educators of the World - 2006. This distinguished and

coveted honour is credited to those individuals that have fulfilled a standard of merit in the eyes of their peers that is beyond the norm. Thus, the recipient dons the mantle of EXCELLENCE.

In May 2006, the International Biographical Centre appointed Dr. Thomas to the position of Deputy Director General (DDG) for London .
